Lawn Care
Weekly mowing (weather permitting) April through October
Mulch
Front beds only in the spring
Snow Removal
When snow stops and we have an accumulation of two or more inches. Driveways, walkways to the front door and sidewalks. (NO ICE REMOVAL)
Leaf Cleanup
In the Fall
Shrubs
FRONT ONLY: Trim existing once per year. Remove and Replace dead shrubs.
Insecticide
Grub treatment on even numbered year's and bug treatment on the odd numbered years.
Core Aeration
Front yard on odd year and back yard on even years
Irrigation System
Maintain and repair irrigation control box along with the system installed by developer.
Exterior Building
Paint and repair all wood trim on a 8 year rotation. Clean gutters and downspouts at least once a year. (NO UNDERGROUND CLEANOUT)
Trees and shrubs
Maintain, remove and replace as needed
Fertilization
GRASS ONLY: Apply 5 applications
Trash and Recycling
Trash and recycling are picked up once a week.
