"ARB" Architectural Review Board

Residents planning any projects are reminded that an Architectural Review Board (ARB) form must be submitted to the Villas Board for review and approval before being taken to Raintree’s office. ARB forms should be submitted to the Villas by the 2nd Monday of each month to enable the board to review. Please submit all necessary pictures and paperwork.

Completed ARBs with pictures and all necessary paperwork may be:

1. Dropped in the HOA box at 4025 SW Homestead Drive

2. With your favorite board member.

ARB approval is required for projects including but limited to roof replacements, new or expanded decks/patios, patio/deck enclosures, trim painting, and changes to front doors or shutters. Paint projects require a paint sample, even if the color is not changing.

Please allow adequate time for review and approval before scheduling your contractor.
