Raintree Villas Homeowners Association

The Raintree Villas community includes 120 Villas within the Raintree Lake development in southern Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

The Raintree Villas is an exterior maintenance-provided community offering weekly trash and recycling pickup, snow removal, lawn care, irrigation, external wood trim painting, gutter cleaning. The Villas is a small, close-knit community where neighbors know one another. The monthly Board meeting brings homeowners together to discuss current events and elect new board members.
