Raintree Villas Home Owners' Association
At the May 6th Annual Meeting the following items were covered:

Mr. Carl Franka owner of AREA Management Copany was at the meeting to answer questions about how his company operates and what they will do if hired by our HOA. He starts out with a 3 month contract so that we and they are satisfied with the work completed and the amount charged. After discussion with the residents it was agreed to go with this company. The three month contract will be a good trial period.

Hal Eagan was voted on to the board. Bill Renfro agreed to serve a full term. He was finishing out a partial term for another board member. Their terms will be up in May, 2013.

Sam Shockley, whose last night on the board was at the meeting, turned over the ARB projects to Hal Eagan the new board member.

Mary Lynn Tolle, Communications Committee, asked for people to call her about news they might want in the Shoreline.

The HOA has contracted with Eric Reisner from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012 to continue the yard care/snow removal of the Villas. His current contract runs out December 31, 2010.

Bill Renfro announced that the Revised Covenants have been officially approved. Copies of the document that recorded the revision will later be copied for all of the residents to attach to their latest Revised Covenants.

Kay Woolley stated that the HOA was in the process of making a chart of the things the HOA will do for the residents and the things that the residents must do themselves when maintaining their properties.

Carole Owsley reported on the success of the new automated calling system. The last call reached 104 of the 106 residents who have approved of the system calling them.

Carole also recommended that the residents who have Internet capabilities check out the new website as there are pictures from last year.
