Welcome to Raintree Villa's Web Site.
We have set up this site for the residents of Raintree Villas as a communications tool. We have tried to make it very user friendly and helpful for you to learn the news of the Home Owners Association and of the neighborhood. We will incorporate those things you tell us you think is important and would be useful to the Community as a whole. We have provided a "contact us" section for you to e-mail us with your requests and concerns and we will get back to you with a response as soon as possible. Raintree Villas were founded by Kingston Development, LLC in 2001 by Ben Sharp and Jon Plaas. Ben has been a builder/developer in the Lee's Summit area for over 30 years. Jon has 30 years experience in pharmaceutical engineering and manufacturing.
The area currently consists of four different floor plans, the Aspen, The Kingston, The Dorado and The Barbados. The Aspen and The Kingston are side by side dwellings and The Dorado and The Barbados are free standing units. There were originally 6 different styles, including the Cayman with only one built and the Antigua, of which only two were built. The Villas are Maintenance Provided, giving empty-nesters a place to live where the outside maintenance is done by someone else.
The Association is a voice of all the residents and dedicated to oversee the business of Raintree Villas. This web site is designed to inform the members of the processes, procedures & people it takes to insure that Association business runs smoothly. We hope you will enjoy keeping up with the day to day news of the Villas and will actively participate by joining us in volunteering to serve on one of the many Committees, or present yourself for candidacy for service on the Board.
