Covenants
January 6, 2010 – The Home Owners Association Board of the Raintree Villas is in the process of getting the residents’ approval for Revised Covenants.
March 5, 2010 – At this point in time the Raintree Villas Board needs four Affirmations to meet the guidlines for officially revising the Covenants. It is our goal to have these last four by the annual meeting in May.
May 5, 2010 – It was announced at the annual meeting that the Revised Covenants had been officially approved. The legal documentation will be copied at a later date so that each residence (resident/s) can have a copy to attach to their copy of the Revised Covenants. Any additional affirmations received by the board will be taken to the court house to be added to the original set. If you know of anyone who wants to turn in their affirmation but hasn’t done it yet, encourage them to call a board member. We will come pick it up. We thank all of the residents who turned in their affirmations to help us attain the required number to make it official.
